Radiance Community Pool

Did you know every summer the Radiance Property Owners Association (RPOA) offers a limited number of pool memberships to families such as yours? Only 25 outside memberships are offered each year.

What comes with a Radiance pool membership?

  • Use of the pool from now until 31 October when the pool is closed for the winter. Our chlorine is processed by a special purification system for enjoyable swimming environment and no chlorine smell
  • Separate baby pool with fountain for infants and young children
  • Shaded pergola with picnic tables for those who wish to enjoy the pool while minimizing sun exposure
  • Shower and bathroom facilities available onsite
  • Water volleyball nets and balls are available
  • We now have a 54 foot lap lane with tile
  • Beautiful hill country scenery from the pool deck
  • All this practically in your backyard without the pool upkeep hassle!

With a Radiance pool membership you and your family can enjoy a cool respite from the blazing days of summer . You can even host an occasional get-together at the Radiance pool although some conditions will apply (contact Chris for details). Pool membership is now only $315 per family for the remainder of this 2006 season.

It’s a select group of families invited to join. Before extending a pool membership invitation we like to meet interested families at one of our potlucks held regularly at the pool. The potlucks are informal gatherings where attendees enjoy good food and good company. If you’re interested in coming to a potluck, all you need to do is give Chris a call beforehand and let him know you and your family will be coming so you can be welcomed accordingly.

2006 Radiance Pool Party Rules

You must agree to abide by these rules before scheduling a party at the Radiance pool.

  • The number of parties in one week is limited to one large (over 15) and one small (under 15).* Other pool members can use the pool during your party.  We rarely allow parties of more than 39 guests. Special permission would be necessary for this size gathering.
  • When you schedule your party you must pay a Clean-Up/Port-a- Potty fee:*

    • 10 - 19 guests - $10 clean-up fee payable to Jeanine Christensen
    • 20 - 29 guests -$20 clean-up fee payable to Jeanine Christensen + $20 Potty Fee (payable to RPOA at time of scheduling)
    • 30 - 39 guests -$30 clean-up fee payable to Jeanine Christensen + $20 Potty Fee (payable to RPOA at time of scheduling)

  • A deposit for parties with over 20 guests is $50. It is all or partially refundable after the pool is cleaned and the number of hours of clean-up time is calculated.
  • Party duration is 3 hours maximum.
  • Guests must abide by our pool rules. Anyone found not following these rules will be asked to leave and the person responsible for the party will not be allowed to schedule future pool parties. You are responsible for the actions of your guests.
  • Parties for the week will be posted at pool, the mail station, and in plexiglass sign on Concord Circle near pool entrance. The RPOA will do this.

**Pool members who choose to hold parties of more than 10 people without going through the scheduling process and paying all fees may forfeit their Radiance Pool membership.

If you have any questions about these rules, please contact Mary Buchanan, Community manager at 288-6990.

Reserving the Radiance Community Pool for a party does not in any way preclude use of this pool by other Radiance pool members or their guests at any time.

Making a reservation at this community pool simply means:

  • Other members can schedule their time accordingly, knowing that the pool will be in use (possibly by a large number of members and their guests), on the day of a scheduled party.
  • One party shall be scheduled per day.
